[Ns-developers] Tcl/Tk install needed for OS X?

To get otcl/tclcl/ns-2 to build on OS X (10.4, Xcode 2.1), I had to
install Tcl and Tk myself from sources because, despite using fink to
install tcltk, tcltk-dev, and tcltk-shlibs, those packages didn't seem
to install tclInt.h, among possibly other things.
Did anyone else have a different experience? I'd like to know if this
is a common installation problem.
Thanks,
Tom
