This was in the OS X patch from Francesco.  I do explicit --with-tcl 
configuration on my system, so it wasn't causing me a problem.

I rolled back most of the patch to this file to see if we have a 
sufficient change now for OS X (I left in the following and deleted the 
rest):

/System/Library/Frameworks/Tcl.framework/Versions/8.4/Resources/Scripts \
