I should have pointed out that the real fix would be to avoid exporting
the macro definition from the tclcl.h header installed by tclcl. i.e.,
this macro definition should be used only within tclcl.
However, I am in no mood to checkout tclcl from cvs and try to figure
out a fix there and, well, you might want ns2 to still work with older
versions of tclcl which the patch included in this email does allow.
