FYI, I cut over the regression script to run

./waf  --command-template="valgrind --leak-check=full" --regression

which is the result of the above error.

I've already talked to Raj about the tcp uninitialized value and to Gustavo about the waf issue (requiring option --run), so hopefully it will not be hard to get this back onto "success" track today.
