ICMPv6 does not provide feedbacks to L4 protocols, even if the corresponding L4
callback is initialized.

The problem is the total lack of Forward() function in ICMPv6, plus some more
bugs scattered around in various error or informative ICMPv6 types.

I'm already working on a cumulative patch to fix all of them.
