The features are reported in the order they are declared, and they are declared
in the order that ns-3 modules are configured, which in turn is derived by
listing src/* and alphabetical sorting of the result.

I am no sure what sorting algorithm you propose?  I don't think a hardcoded
order is a good idea; we need to keep ns-3 scalable and modular...
