make latexpdf doesn't work for the folders ns-allinone-3.13/ns-3.13/doc/manual/
and ns-allinone-3.13/ns-3.13/doc/tutorial

The pdf doc is generated but is incomplete.

The following is the error message  for ns-allinone-3.13/ns-3.13/doc/tutorial
