schedule EndTxNoAck in MacLow

New proposed patch where the EndTxNoAck event is scheduled in MacLow.

Of course this would need to be changed when bug 1028 is fixed, but for now it
could be an acceptable fix.

This patch needs testing, some help would be very much appreciated.
