Ok - take a quick look at "no retransmissions" pcap again. Note the
acknowledgement number and sequence numbers on the last ack packet. It's 30001,
when it should be 30002. Looks like sequence number is not increased properly
when the FIN_WAIT_1 is entered and the first FIN gets sent.
