g++: unrecognized option `-pthread'
g++: unrecognized option `-pthread'

Appears every time a core file is compiled + examples + many others.

pthread functions seem to be resolved (linked) through automagic import so its
just the option that's the problem.

Thread model: posix
gcc version 3.4.4 (cygming special, gdc 0.12, using dmd 0.125)
