Infinite loop in shedule method example

I have written a short example, which repeats inifinite loop situation in wifi.
Shedule simply ignores precision less than 1 nanosecond (GetTimeStep -- see
line 183 in rc/simulator/default-simulator-impl.cc). Similar sitation was
casued when Ack timeout expires.
