Updated patch

Coding style fixes, memory leak fix. Also fixes bug which manifested when
calling RecomputeRoutingTables more than once.

Helper has the GetGlobalRouting function as public (and I guess it should
remain as public since to inject stuff you need to find the GlobalRouting
object anyway.
