I looked at a hex dump of this file. It appears that at least 2 bytes have been
inserted in the first packet byte stream:
00000040  00 00 0d 0a 01 00 01 0d  0a 01 00 ff c0 01 00 09  |................|

the two bytes 0x0d should not be here.
