I think this bug should be closed with "wont fix" -- this is a bug in Valgrind,
not ns-3.

Does this prevent any tests or similar from working (other than manually
running a test using NSC)?

If it doesn't block any other activities, we should just close this bug. Craig,
perhaps you can comment on this?
