It seems to work now. Thanks. I'm thinking about adding some tag stuff in so
that when tags are preserved there will be a good test case.

Also, any suggestions on what I should change/fix to turn this into an official
ns-3 regression test? (e.g. coding standards, output requirements, etc.)
