corrected tcp-2way-2.cc

I had some sizeof(long) rather than sizeof(uint64_t) corresponding to WriteU64.
It unluckily worked on 64 versions of linux, but failed on the Mac's gcc, and
32 bit versions of Knoppix and Debian sid.
