[Ns-announce] Maintenance release of ns-allinone package

I've posted a re-release of the ns-allinone package at Sourceforge.  It
is linked from the project wiki also:

The package name is ns-allinone-2.29.3.tar.gz.  Its md5sum is
1b57f93bfeee311cab0780eb03baae0c

This is purely a maintenance release for better installation on gcc
4.1.0 systems such as Fedora Core 5 and for installation on x86_64 Linux
platforms.  Otherwise, it contains identical simulation code to the
previous ns-2.29 release (i.e., it does not have a current CVS
snapshot).  If you already have ns-2.29 release or current snapshot
running, you will probably want to ignore this release.

Thanks to Qihe Wang for providing the gcc 4.1.0 patch (was previously
posted on the ns-users mailing list).
