[Ns-announce] New releases for otcl-tclcl pkgs

Hi All,
    The new releases for otcl-1.9 and tclcl-1.16 are now available from 
the sourceforge site at
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=30174

The new releases include:
* modifications to allow build under gcc3.4
* configure changes that support Tcllib (8.3.5) on Fedora
