[Ns-announce] Question on NS

Hi,
I could like get an idea about the approximate time for doing the project
mentioned below:

I am planning to do a project in NS which involves the performance
measurement of the routing algorithms in Ad Hoc network.
I would need to simulate 50 wireless nodes forming an ad hoc network and
to measure some criteria as Packet delivery ratio, Routing overhead and
Path optimality.

I have not experience in NS, just know a little bit.
