Can you send me couple of 4k slices to try or something that is big ?? thanks mei From mei@ISI.EDU Mon Jul 14 18:34:12 2003 From: mei@ISI.EDU (Mei-Hui Su) Date: Mon, 14 Jul 2003 10:34:12 -0700 (PDT) Subject: [Neuro-Grid] testing at ncmir Message-ID: <200307141734.KAA20177@putty.isi.edu> Hi Abel, I am ready to test on ncmir machines. Could you tell me which machine will be the submit node (it need condor(-g), globus, gridftp server, rls server) and which are the 'worker' nodes (need globus - gatekeeper-fork only) and they should all have access to a large storage location (big enough for input files and output files) thanks mei ps. which certificates will you be running over there ?? globus CA is going away and so we need to converge to the one you are/will be using. GridFTP should be on now, I had to restart the xinetd. sorry about that. the other machines "worker nodes" have globus 2.2 installed. Abel ----------- Abel W. It is packaged just like globus and so it is really simple to run. I could see if I can run some tests without it from here first but when we do the real testing on ncmir machines only, then we would need to have one up over there. thanks mei From Mei-Hui Su Mon Jul 14 20:21:08 2003 From: Mei-Hui Su (Mei-Hui Su) Date: Mon, 14 Jul 2003 12:21:08 -0700 (PDT) Subject: [Neuro-Grid] Re: testing at ncmir Message-ID: <200307141921.h6EJL8N10395@tnt.isi.edu> Also, a big temporary storage location ?? I am assuming the account I got at ncmir has a space quota, I want to avoid going over that. thanks mei
