I am trying to figure out the significance of -z option to the rundriver. I have a set of mitochondrion dataset from ncmir from long ago. This is what I got from the script you sent me, 290 sinograms with width of 550 and height of 60 (to match with angles). the resulting vol slices should be 550 x 300 ? and 290 of them. thanks mei
