A smart investor usually keeps a diversified portfolio. When spreading your money into different types of stocks, investors minimize their risk. If one company goes dry, their overall portfolio will remain intact. We can see a clear example of this concept by looking at the recent Internet crash.
More than a dozen Internet sector funds have liquidated or merged into other funds. Why? Because when one holding goes bad, many of the rest will follow it down. Diversification is one of the keys to sustain net worth. Similarly, a holdings company will benefit greatly from spreading their money into different areas of business. Tonight we look at a company that is doing just that. By spreading its holdings from fields ranging from transportation to telecom to metallurgy, TTIH will look to maintain a well-balanced portfolio of growing businesses. TTIH plans to maximize value for its shareholders through an aggressive strategy consisting of spin-offs, acquisitions, joint ventures, and more. Continue on by reading a more detailed description of the company and its direction.

TTIH will also, from time to time, invest in "entrepreneurial" companies if it deems such alliances or acquisitions to be in the best interest of its shareholders. Such companies as Cobex Technologies, a telecommunications firm, and Material Shapes Unlimited, an industrial material contouring company are on TTIH horizon for the near future.

Conclusion
TTI Holdings of America Corp. plans to increase its business and enhance shareholder value by acquiring or merging with emerging growth companies, the main core of TTIH future business. TTIH will continue to seek small, dynamic, entrepreneurial companies in other fields. TTIH's policy will be to hold no more than 50% ownership in these entrepreneurial companies and distribute any value over 50% to its shareholders directly. This strategy
makes the company an equity distribution play for its shareholders in the up and coming months.

October 2001

Fall 2001; Path 1 Network technologies takes the next steps
=20
"from trials to generating revenue".
=20
# When Frederick Cary, became the new CEO of Path 1 Network Technologies =
Inc. (PNWK-OTCBB) (press release September 10) PNWK definitely entered a =
new era, with the company's focus shifting from doing field-trials only =
to actually generating revenue from product-sales, license-fees and =
royalties.
Interviewed by telephone, Mr Cary clearly expressed his excitement in =
Path 1's technology and its ability to generate significant revenues. "I =
must tell you that I am thrilled with what I have experienced since my =
arrival here. Our technology is superior to anything that I see coming =
up in the market place and we have won in trials against some of the =
largest companies in the field. Path 1 actually provides real solutions =
to difficult video technology issues, and we do so today while others =
are still talking about their future concepts. I have every reason to =
believe that we will continue to impress our corporate partners and =
drive our technology in the fields of real time, long haul delivery of =
broadcast video, IP based Video-On-Demand products, enhanced video =
conferencing, superior quality video security, and advanced chip =
designs. I expect that we will continue to see quarter by quarter =
increases in revenue and additional announcements of significant =
customers in the near term"
=20
# Robert Packer, Co-founder and former CTO of Packeteer (PKTR-Nasdaq), =
joining Path 1, as a member of the Board of Directors (press release =
October 1), provides further substance to this drive towards building a =
fundamentally strong customer-and revenue-base.
=20
The company's strategy is to focus on selling product to corporations, =
such as telecommunications carriers and TV Networks, who are directly =
involved in the transmission of broadcast quality video (or MPEG) over =
IP networks, including the Internet. PNWK is the only company that has =
enabled Tier 1 carriers, such as Enron (ENE-NYSE) and British Telecom =
(BTY-NYSE), to transfer MPEG 2-video live over IP (over long distance; =
London (U.K.) to Washington DC and LA-Atlanta-New York) in a real world =
scenario.
=20
"MPEG over IP is the future", according to Tony Seaton, VP of Corporate =
Technology and Standards at Turner Broadcasting Systems Inc. "In terms =
of MPEG over IP in general, we are very close to seeing it, in the next =
12 months, as a marketable solution from the carriers and hardware =
companies" .
=20
Why is IP so important ?
=20
" The broadcast industry is focussed on getting away from satellite =
distribution for the cost savings" and "ATM is ok for now, but it is not =
that desirable going forward for overhead reasons" said Yankee Group =
analyst Ryan Jones. "Doing live video over IP with all the advantages in =
terms of reduced costs, interoperability and guaranteed Quality of =
Service (QoS) that is the goldmine",
(quotes were taken from TV Technology Magazine, September 5. 2001).
=20
The benefits to both content providers and operators are obvious; the =
immense annual cost savings (up to 80%) with regard to the actual =
transmission of the video-signals and the ability to finally being able =
to generate substantial revenue from new, commercially viable services =
such as video-on-demand, video-conferencing and distant-(or e-)learning.
=20
Path 1 Announces successful launch of Breakthrough VOD-over_IP Solution
(press release September 14 and 17)
At the International Broadcasting Convention (IBC), Barconet =
(BARN-Euronext), introduced its new Video on Demand system over IP, =
highlighting a video gateway (iMUX) that was jointly developed by Path 1 =
and Barconet. This implies the coming to market of Path 1's first =
commercial product (royalty $500/unit). At IBC, Barconet received =
tremendous interest from cable companies around the world.
=20
Path 1 lifts videoconference to a new level
(press release September 26)
Path 1 announced the EL 1000, a stream-conditioning gateway, that =
dramatically improves the performance of IP Videoconferencing systems. =
The product was put to test by linking various cross-country business =
campuses using off-the-shelf videoconferencing systems. The EL 1000 =
takes existing technologies and significantly improves real time video =
quality, resulting in a smooth and dynamic interactive session. Path 1 =
is currently working with a very large consulting and systems =
integration company to asses video-over-IP solutions for corporate =
e-learning and educational institution applications.
=20
BT North America has been evaluating the performance of Path 1's IP =
video gateway
(TV Technology September 5)
BT North America has been evaluating the performance of Path 1's IP =
video gateway (PG1) in a trial which started in late April on the BT =
fiber link between London and Washington D.C.. Encapsulated feeds from =
the Wimbledon tennis matches and the G-8 summit in Italy were both part =
of this ongoing trial. Andy Cornell, a systems engineer at BT North =
America, who also looked at equipment from others stated " Path 1 is the =
best solution I have seen thus far. It not only provides a good ASI =
output stream, but it is the only unit I have seen to date that you can =
plug in back to back, and get a perfect transport stream".
However, packet loss is still an unresolved issue, due to the reliance =
on 100 percent overhead. This situation will be addressed in a product =
update scheduled for release in mid-October. The updated version of the =
IP-gateway will be released as a commercial product, which will be sold =
to both the telecommunication (carriers)- and broadcasting industry.=20
=20
Path 1 names new board members and advances nasdaq smallcap
(press release October 1)
With the appointment of two new members to the Board of Directors, Path =
1 also announced its intention to resubmit its application for a Nasdaq =
Smallcap Market.
=20
The recent articles in TV Technology (September) and Broadcast =
Engineering Magazine (June and August) with regard to Path 1, clearly =
show that Path 1 is rapidly becoming a "known entity" in the industry.
Another good example is the fact that BTExact made numerous references =
to Path 1 during its presentation of a white paper (Quality of Service =
Matters, real time video in a world of packets) at IBC in September.

Redefine Business...
It's not too late to start making money on
the internet! In fact, the real opportunity
is just beginning!
Millions of dollars have been spent developing
and perfecting the tools that comprise our
system. Your job and mine become almost
automatic. This system can create an "unfair
advantage" for you to maximize your leverage
over the next few months.
This is the kind of opportunity that happens
maybe once every hundred years! The time for
a decision is now...Recreate your future or
or be left always wondering...WHAT IF!!!
