Lucian, when I reply to your email it gets refused by your paranoid ISP.
Hope you can read this on the list (and apologies to anyone on the list who
doesn't want to read this).
WRT your CPAN question, it looks to me like you have an OLD version of
perl and/or CPAN.pm.
If you are getting "permission denied" on perl modules from your CGI
program, then you need to read the The Idiot's Guide to Solving Perl CGI
Problems (don't take the title personally) at http://tinyurl.com/yu7no

Subject: [Info-www-search] WWW-Search- Fedora-

Hi

I'm running WWW::Search on Fedora Core3. The installation
with perl -MCPAN -e 'install WWW::Search' set that all
requirements were met, however trying with the normal
module installation perl Makefile.PL, make, make test, make
install, the Test::Pod warning (not found) and
IO::Capture::ErrorMessages not found warning appeared.

I work with the module on the commandline and it works
fine, however inserting use WWW::Search; into any other
legitimate CGI script gives an Internal Server Error. The
logfiles complain about, permission denied DynaLoader.pm,
Entities.pm and Can't load Parser.so.
