From bmanning@ISI.EDU Mon Oct 7 18:47:36 2002 From: bmanning@ISI.EDU (Bill Manning) Date: Mon, 7 Oct 2002 10:47:36 -0700 (PDT) Subject: [vet-DS] November testing Message-ID: <200210071747.g97Hla614394@boreas.isi.edu> 14-16 nov 2003 is locked in for DS testing dates. We really need to have better code than the 0722 snapshot from ISC for this workshop. I've seen the following behaviours that may need further work. - key length and fragmentation - key distribution techniques / validation - multiple active keys / algorithms - root key rollover / resolver issues There are a couple of TLDs that are participating, some that indicated they would be interested but have not stepped forward. =================================================== I've locked in the space, so there can be a workshop. Please confirm your attendence by providing the zones you will be signing, your email address, and the things you would like to test. --bill From yasuhiro@jprs.co.jp Tue Oct 8 19:33:19 2002 From: yasuhiro@jprs.co.jp (Yasuhiro Morishita / =?iso-2022-jp?B?GyRCPzkyPEJZOSgbKEI=?=) Date: Wed, 09 Oct 2002 03:33:19 +0900 (JST) Subject: [vet-DS] November testing In-Reply-To: <200210071747.g97Hla614394@boreas.isi.edu> References: <200210071747.g97Hla614394@boreas.isi.edu> Message-ID: <20021009.033319.107714791.yasuhiro@girl.jprs.co.jp> // Just I've corrected header line from cafex.se to cafax.se. :-) Bill-san, > I've locked in the space, so there can be a workshop. > > Please confirm your attendence by providing the zones > you will be signing, your email address, and the things > you would like to test. My name is Yasuhiro 'Orange' Morishita, a researcher/engineer of JPRS. I met to you Yokohama IETF and APNIC OPM at Kitakyushu. Do you remember me? JPRS (Japan Registry Service Co.,Ltd.) is a registry of .JP domain. We have contracted with ICANN and JP registry has been moved from JPNIC to JPRS since April 1, 2002. Fujiwara (he also met to you at Kitakyushu) and I will attend the workshop on behalf of JPRS. I heard that Mr. Sekiya also will attend on behalf of WIDE Project. And we are now preparing to connect your DNSSEC testbed as '.JP' domain. We are making DNSSEC/IPv6 environment by using BIND 9.3.0 snapshot on our network, and we will complete our jobs for it within October.
