Under section 4.5 the usage of loss probabilities is explained (with an
example). If the drop prob >0, you will probabilitically drop outgoing
pkts.

Is the packet loss probability field in manager.conf given just for
understanding or do we have to deal with it in any way ? We use delay to
delay sending packets and after Request Timeout period, if there is no
reply, we request again. I couldnt figure out if we would really be
using the loss probability values in re-sending packets ?!
