[Csci551-talk] Ideal Freeloader

If you have a centralized management of information (the tracker) like our Freebits project or the Bit Torrent, a freeloader has to request the tracker to send him/her the list of clients who have the file (otherwise from whom will the freeloader download the segments from ?). The tracker would then store this guy's ID and send it to other nodes upon request for a group update. These other nodes will request the freeloader (they dont know he/she is a freeloader) for information. So, querying a freeloader CAN happen in a practical scenario too (as in the Bit Torrent case).
