Hi,
I know, this question is odd to be sent at this last minute.

By BW limitation, I would like to know if the sender
has to queue all the requested segments and send
them in sequential order ? This is what is mentioned in the
Project B requirement.
Also, does the BW limitation means, the sender sends the
required segments to the requester until the time out expires
and then again sends the segments for the next round?
The current TA's code seems to be sending the segments in
this order.
