[Csci551-talk] Using the TA code

In the project B spec, second paragraph under introduction:
"If you re-use any code, you must keep the filenames of the reused code
the same. You are also strongly encouraged to make as few changes to
that code as possible. (Put your changes in other files.) You must
document what code you reuse in your README file."
