[Csci551-talk] Sequential Segment Selection algorithm

Suppose I send out 8 segment requests from segment numbers 0 to 7 and I lose segment 4 (say, due to packet loss), how should the sequential segment selection algorithm work in this case ? Next iteration will cause requests from segment numbers 8-15 .. or do you want us to keep track of what segments werent received and request that first (example, segment number 4 first and then 8-15) ? Same thing applies to the T algorithm (the sequential part).
