There can be an interesting issue " to get rid of FREELOADERS"
However this problem is not as easy(to me :) ) as it looks. One of the ways could be that if a node detects a greedy node it could reject requests from that node. Again how to decide that if the node is greedy .
One of the simplest ways could be a handshake or a encrypted message .We could have a secret code embedded in those nodes which are official(manager.conf) So if a new node tries to freeload no one would reply

Now another interesting which could be added is that freeloader will try out of a list of codes and try to hack the system. so there would be a fight between the freeloaders and official nodes...n we can have fun ( :) )
