What do you mean by the following in the description:

"This file should contain the complete routing table of the corresponding 
router for each step in the evolution of the routing table"

What does each step in the evolution mean.  When all are we supposed to print 
to the s2-X.out file?  Is it only at the time the link-state changes and a LSA 
new packet is sent?  Or is it every time a packet (not obsolete or duplicate) 
is received?
